I once was at the gym and saw a guy using the pool who was wearing only a white pair of gym shorts (obviously meant for running rather than swimming). They went mostly transparent and his large pendulous dick was visible as he stood at the side of the pool about to jump in.

I also love to go to the pool in swimwear that gets almost transparent when wet. It seems to catch the interest of guys...
