Smokers must smoke outside in their underwear

I was staying overnight at a friends house a few weeks ago. His wife doesn't let him smoke in the house so he has to smoke on his porch. In the early morning he didn't bother to put on any clothes but went out onto the porch in his underwear. It was hot seeing him stand outside in barely anything. This pic reminded me of him - though my buddy's underwear wasn't as skimpy as this!
